Because every Legacy Custom Canopies order is made-to-order and custom printed with your artwork, our cancellation and return policy works a little differently than off-the-shelf retail. Please read this page in full before placing an order.

24-hour cancellation window

You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it, as long as production has not started. After that window — or once your final proof has been approved and your order is in production — cancellations are not available.

No returns or refunds on custom work

Because custom-printed canopies, flags, walls, table covers, inflatables, and garage door covers cannot be restocked or resold, we do not accept returns or issue refunds after production begins. By approving your proof, you confirm the artwork, colors, sizes, and spelling are correct and ready to print.

Proofing & artwork approval

Before anything prints, we send a digital proof for your review. We may go through multiple rounds of revisions until it's right. Once you approve the final proof, the order is sent to our manufacturer for production and we are no longer able to change the artwork or cancel the job.

Damage on arrival

If your product arrives damaged, we must be notified right away — ideally within 48 hours of delivery — with clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging. We are not responsible for damage that occurs after the product has been set up or used. After the product has been put up for first use, we are not at fault or liable for any product damage.

Customer-provided artwork

We are not responsible for trademark or copyright issues with logos or artwork supplied by the customer. By submitting artwork for printing, you confirm that you own it or have the right to use it.

Shipping & customs

Our products are processed through customs once they are shipped. After shipment we are not liable for transit time or customs processing delays, and we cannot provide a return based on shipping time.
