Cancellation and Return Policy

When purchaser has approved of the final proof it is then sent to our manufacture, once product is in production there is no chance of cancelation or refund. After we go over multiple drafts and come to the final proof we are then not liable after the approval and confirmation. It is sent to our manufacture for final completion and shipped to our customer. After the product has been put up for first use we are not at fault or liable for any product damage. If upon arrival and first opening of the product there is damage, we must receive notice and pictures of the damaged product. We are not responsible for the logos we are provided from our customer. Our products have to be processed through customs once they are shipped, after shipment we are not liable for the time it takes to be process and can not provide a return after the item has been shipped and for the time it takes for its process through shipment.
