How do we order?

How long does it take to receive products?
On average, our turnaround time is 5-14 days after payment to anywhere in the USA. We pride ourselves on our quick turnaround time. Expedited production and shipping options are available — please contact us for more information.
Are your products heavy duty?
Yes, all of our products are heavy duty and built to last. Our canopy tops and printed fabrics are UV-coated, fire retardant, and water resistant for reliable outdoor performance.
What is double sided compared to single sided?
Double sided means your design is printed on both sides of the fabric. Single sided means the design is printed on one side, with white fabric on the other side. Whether you want the print facing inside or outside is completely your choice.
What type of printing is used on your canopies?
All of our custom canopy printing is dye-sublimated for long-lasting, non-fade colors that pop. Sublimation bonds the ink directly to the fabric, so your graphics stay vibrant wash after wash and season after season.
Is there a shipping charge?
All of our shipping charges are included in the total cost at checkout. That price delivers the product right to your doorstep — no surprise fees.
